The Council is a Welfare and Non profit making Charity. We regularly get clients who cannot afford the full fees required. We look at the individual circumstances and based upon that we reduce the fees.This does not help when it comes to covering the admin cost involved with the whole process, therefore any Donation would be greatly appreciated.
